As team lead, Robin is responsible for both coordinating and developing the development team. Together, they implement new features for our platform – always with the aim of making our customers' work easier and more efficient. He finds it particularly exciting to turn his team's ideas into successful solutions and experience the diversity of the projects. What motivates him most is seeing his team grow together and their developments create real added value. And when he's not putting all his energy into the project, he supports VfB Stuttgart at the stadium or travels around the world with friends.

Whether simplifying digital processes or developing customised apps, Jan-Lucas is right in the thick of things when it comes to turning ideas into solutions together with our customers. It is precisely this diversity that appeals to him: no two projects are alike. He finds direct feedback particularly motivating when the application he has developed makes his customers' everyday work noticeably easier. And when he's not tinkering with code, he sits by the water with his fishing rod and enjoys the peace and quiet.

Whether developing new features or providing direct customer support, Marcel loves the variety that his job at engomo brings. He is particularly motivated by the fact that his work creates real added value and allows him to actively shape projects. This means that every day is different – and that's exactly what makes it so appealing to him. In his free time, you'll find him at festivals, playing sports, travelling or using his 3D printer to turn new ideas into reality.

Most of us spend our lunch break here together – whether it's for a quick snack or a long chat. A regular highlight is our team lunch on Thursdays, when we enjoy pasta and make a point of taking time for each other.

There, you can coordinate in peace, work with focus, make your calls or simply concentrate on the essentials. And when you need a break?
