Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

In this role, you are part of our Marketing team and are responsible for planning, managing, and further developing our marketing and communication activities. Together with the team, you will drive the development of our marketing and work closely with Sales, Product Management, and external partners. One key focus is the coordination and management of campaigns along the customer journey. You keep an overview of ongoing activities, prioritize topics, and ensure that initiatives are implemented in a targeted way. You support the further development of our website as well as our inbound and outbound activities, contributing your experience to structure, evaluate, and continuously improve initiatives. In online marketing (e.g. LinkedIn, Google, SEO/SEM), you manage activities at a conceptual level and derive optimizations from performance data—while also independently implementing selected measures. You create and optimize content for campaigns and marketing activities (e.g. website, product communication, or social media) and present complex topics in a clear, target-group-oriented way. In addition to managing activities, you are also hands-on and independently implement selected marketing measures, particularly in the areas of content and campaigns. Furthermore, you take responsibility for planning and executing webinars, events, and trade fairs, and actively contribute to the further development of our brand.

You have a degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a comparable qualification, and you have several years of professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the SaaS, software, or tech industry. You have a strong feel for language, content, and storytelling, and can present complex technical topics in a clear, understandable, and target-audience-appropriate manner. At the same time, you work in a structured, independent, and responsible manner and feel comfortable with both conceptual work and operational implementation. Digital channels, websites, campaign planning, and performance metrics are second nature to you. You enjoy driving measurable growth in marketing, experimenting with new formats, and taking the lead on initiatives—always with the goal of positioning engomo as a strong brand in the enterprise app space.
