Your role:
As a Forward Deployed Engineer (m/f/d), you’ll be part of our Solution Engineering team and will independently support our clients from the initial requirements analysis through to the deployment of a production-ready solution. You’ll analyze existing business processes, develop well-thought-out solution concepts in collaboration with our clients, and implement them yourself using our low-code app platform, engenomo. In doing so, you’ll combine technical expertise with a strong understanding of business contexts, lead client workshops, and take responsibility for successful implementation through to go-live. As a technical sparring partner, you’ll support our clients in further developing their applications and work closely with Product Management, Development, and Sales. You’ll actively contribute your experience and insights from client projects to the ongoing development of our platform.
What you bring:
You have several years of professional experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, software implementation, or a comparable customer-facing technical role. You have a strong understanding of business processes and have independently analyzed complex customer requirements, developed technical solution concepts, and overseen their implementation. You are familiar with working with data models, APIs, interfaces, and system integrations. Ideally, you have already worked with low-code platforms, SaaS solutions, or comparable technologies. You stand out for your analytical thinking, consulting expertise, and a structured, self-directed approach to work. You find it easy to bridge the gap between business and technical stakeholders, make well-informed decisions, and develop pragmatic solutions even when faced with demanding challenges. Your hands-on mindset and your commitment to delivering sustainable results for our clients round out your profile.
