Marketing Intern (m/f/d) – Web & Performance
in our marketing team Our website is one of the most important touchpoints for prospects, customers and partners – and you can help shape it. As a working student in the Web & Performance department, you will work on new features, support performance optimisation and accompany technical developments. If you are interested in web development, marketing technology and data-based optimisation, you will gain valuable practical experience with us and work directly with our modern engomo platform.
Your role:
Your focus is on analysing and optimising website performance. You monitor key figures such as loading times, Core Web Vitals, conversion paths and traffic quality, derive ideas for improvements from this data and implement them together with Marketing and Content. In doing so, you keep an eye on important performance values and help to increase the visibility of our website across various touchpoints. You will identify technical weaknesses and help implement pragmatic solutions that make our website faster and more stable in the long term. In addition, you will assist with the setup and technical support of our marketing tools, such as Google Tag Manager, Analytics, HubSpot, cookie consent systems, and A/B testing tools. You will be involved in the integration, further development and ongoing maintenance of these systems. You will contribute to the technical development of our website, which is based on engomo technology, and create new functions, modules and widgets for our platform. You will maintain existing components, test new features and help us ensure a consistent UX/UI – including responsive design.
What you bring:
You are a registered student of business informatics, technical informatics or a related degree programme and enjoy using web technologies and marketing tools in practice. Experience with HTML, CSS or JavaScript is helpful, as is experience in web design, web analytics or SEO. What you don't know or can't do yet is no obstacle for you, because you are keen to learn about technical topics. You are interested in UX/UI, website performance and technical optimisation, and enjoy trying out new things. You work in a structured and reliable manner and enjoy analysing problems, developing solutions and improving our website step by step.
