Marketing & Communication Manager (m/f/d)

In your role, you will be part of our marketing team and take responsibility for planning, managing and implementing our marketing and communication activities. Together with the team, you will continuously develop engomo's marketing and work closely with sales, product management and external partners to clearly position our enterprise app platform and communicate it in an understandable way. Your clear focus will be on online marketing. You will be responsible for the further development and maintenance of our website and will design and manage integrated inbound and outbound campaigns along the customer journey. Together with the team, you will develop lead nurturing concepts and implement them with HubSpot. In the area of online ads as well as SEO and SEM activities, you will plan, manage and optimise measures – especially via LinkedIn and Google – and derive concrete optimisations from performance data. This also includes the creation of content as part of our marketing and campaign measures, e.g. for the website, product communication or social media. The focus here is on clear, target group-oriented communication and supporting our marketing goals. In addition, you will be responsible, together with the marketing team, for planning and implementing webinars, trade fairs and other face-to-face events such as congresses and events. You will play an active role in the further development of our B2B brand and our corporate design.

You have a degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a comparable qualification and have several years of professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the SaaS, software or tech environment. You have a keen sense of language, content and storytelling and can present complex technical topics in a clear, understandable and target group-oriented manner. At the same time, you work in a structured, independent and responsible manner and feel comfortable with both conceptual work and operational implementation. Digital channels, websites, campaign planning and performance metrics are second nature to you. You enjoy developing measurable marketing strategies, trying out new formats and driving topics forward on your own initiative – always with the aim of positioning engomo as a strong brand in the enterprise app environment.
